Professional Excellence Awards for Eishan and Siddhant

ADP’s Delhi studio takes home accolades from ceremony for second year running.

We are delighted to share that Eishan Jain and Siddhant Jain, associate directors at ADP’s Delhi studio, have both won awards for “Professional Excellence in Interior Design and Architecture” at the NCR Leadership Award Summit 2019 on 5^th September.

The awards celebrate the achievements of professionals who work in the areas of facilities management, project management, procurement and corporate real estate services across India. The awards ceremony, hosted by CE Worldwide, recognises the contribution that individuals make to their industry and encourages best practice.
 
A number of key topics of debate were raised at the conference; the panel, which included Siddhant, each shared their individual journeys to success so far and asked the question: “What can we expect smart workplaces to look like in five years?” Other topics covered included transportation necessities; compliance and challenges; women, safety and security; and technology and preparedness.

During the panel discussion, Siddhant also offered up his three important components of a smart workplace: flexibility, costing and – most importantly – being a smart user.
 
Eishan shared his own pearls of wisdom with the budding professionals in attendance, reminding them that, no matter what their approach, they should always strive to be innovative, be bold and be a visionary. At last year’s event, Eishan picked up the accolade for “Professional Excellence in High Performance Workplace Solutions.”
