OVERVIEW

White Rose Office Park Masterplan

ADP is developing a mixed-use scheme for Leeds. Working with Munroe K, owner of White Rose Office Park, the scheme would form an extension to the office park on the Millshaw Industrial Estate. The plans include new retail and office space, as well as a primary school, health facilities and other amenities. A new White Rose train station has also been incorporated, which would link the area with Leeds city centre.

The masterplan proposes a mix of urban spaces in a green parkland setting that will shape new ways of living and working. It features extensive pedestrianised areas with good public transport links to ensure a great work-life environment for residents and staff.

'The new station and that catalyst for new development, will give rise to a much needed area of economic growth, bringing new life and vibrancy. Residential, offices, hotel, a new primary school, doctors' surgery, an A+E facility and many other uses will be included, all focused on technology and the environment.' David Aspin, founder of Munroe K.
