OVERVIEW

Munroe Court

Munroe Court is a striking new customer information centre for an international bank. Designed in accordance with Tenant global workplace standards, the highly flexible and sustainable building creates a high quality and inspiring work environment which promotes improved business productivity, connectivity, spatial efficiency and staff satisfaction.

An elevated large 5,000 sqm open plan office floor plate is equipped to accommodate 700 occupants. The office is supported by perimeter service cores that provide access to a secure 200 space under croft car park, entrance core, ancillary spaces and plant. This together with displacement ventilation servicing strategy allow for a high degree of future flexibility as the floor plate can easily be subdivided for multiple tenants.

The building has been designed to achieve LEED ‘Gold’ standard. Floor to ceiling glazing and a brise soleil run the full length of the facade, which together with five giant mono pitch glazed roof lights provides natural light to penetrate the full plan depth. A high daylight factor reduces reliance on artificial light and a low energy LED lighting scheme with daylight and proximity control.
