Alison has been with us since 1999, and a partner since 2001, opening the Birmingham studio that same year. She qualified in 1988 and subsequently gained considerable experience in the hotel and leisure sectors before broadening her experience in the higher and further education, research and commercial sectors. Alison is currently responsible for HR, and leads the administration management group within the practice, supporting our ongoing commitment to our Investors in People accreditation and all aspects of staff welfare, training and development. Alongside Jason and Nick, Alison manages our large and busy Birmingham studio.
