Simon joined ADP in 1991, and became a partner in 2002. Over the years, Simon has developed considerable experience in the fields of masterplanning, higher education, healthcare and sports and leisure. Simon has also been a key player in the facilitation of design development strategies for local government, and leads the development of our public sector strategy. He has recently worked closely with both Slough Borough Council and Gloucester County Council on a series of education and community projects, championing community consultation to ensure the successful integration of new schemes into their environment. Simon is an excellent communicator, and is often involved in career talks and presentations for our clients: this makes him an ideal complement to Bruce in the running of the Oxford studio.
