Roger joined ADP in 1983, and became a partner in 1991. He has overall responsibility for marketing, graphics and design quality across the practice and leads the development of our masterplanning and independent schools strategies. His work has won several awards, been widely published in books and journals and exhibited at the Royal Academy. Roger's experience spans commercial, education, research, hotel, residential and leisure sectors. He is particularly interested in integrating new buildings into sensitive locations. Roger is a keen artist, and his illustrative watercolours were published by Bloomsbury in a book entitled 'Buildings of Britain'. With Nichola, Roger runs our thriving London studio.
