Bid Coordinator

Location: Oxford

ADP is an award winning architectural practice looking for a Bid Coordinator to be based in our Oxford studio. Working with our marketing team based in Oxford, candidates will be responsible for preparing and delivering bid submissions, ensuring that responses to opportunities are written to the highest possible standard. Candidates should be self-starters with excellent written communications skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a good eye for graphic presentation. Adobe InDesign is highly desirable and good Microsoft Office skills are essential.
 
The role requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and the confidence to liaise with senior management. A pragmatic approach to multi-tasking is a must, as is delivering high quality work often to demanding deadlines. Bid Coordinators will also support the marketing team with copywriting and other marketing communications activities. 
 
Experience in a similar role and knowledge of the architectural profession is desirable, but not essential. ADP has eight studios across the UK with a diverse range of high-profile 'live' architectural projects.
