INSPIRING THE NEXT GENERATION OF ARCHITECTS

ADP invited families to take part in an architecture trail in Birmingham's jewellery quarter to discover the area's character and learn more about some of its architectural gems.

The trail took place as part of the third Jewellery Quarter (JQ) Festival organised by the Jewellery Quarter Business Improvement District (JQBID) and supported by local businesses. The event gave people the opportunity to find out why today’s Jewellery Quarter is the place to live, learn, work and visit.

ADP was also one of over 50 businesses taking part in Open Studios, where artists, designers and makers opened their workshops or studios for visitors to experience the activities that are normally behind closed doors.

ADP staff had lots of fun inspiring the next generation of architects and visitors were very receptive. The sale of homemade cakes also raised money for Marudyan UK, a charity ADP set up to support the provision of sponsored education for below poverty line children in India..
