After 18750 days…

By ADP

By Roger FitzGerald

Today begins a new era for ADP. After eighteen thousand, seven hundred and fifty days as a partnership, the practice has become employee-owned.

An egalitarian philosophy has always been present, embodied in our original name, Architects Design Partnership. From its foundation, in 1965, the practice has continued to change and evolve, always looking to the future.

Now that future is even more certain. Our greatest asset is the people who work for ADP, and now they will make an even greater contribution to the future direction of the business and share in its success.

This will benefit our clients: businesses owned by their staff consistently demonstrate financial success and focus on customer care, and that will be our inspiration going forward.

We will continue to develop long term relationships with our clients, focused on inspiring and enriching the lives of those who use our buildings. ADP will never stop striving to gain knowledge, always curious, always looking to improve.
